For one family, having a Spanish-speaking Consumer Case Coordinator (CCC) has helped with resource coordination with the school’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team, helped the family activate their Promise iPad, and helped the youth participate in Skills to Pay the Bills with other Promise youth. This is just the beginning of this Promise family’s journey.
